Built alongside Aurora Contractors, the development features landscaped pedestrian plaza areas, fashion boutiques, restaurants, and high-end outlet retail within walking distance of UBS Arena. The project opened in October 2024. Owned and operated by Value Retail, it is part of The Bicester Collection Villages portfolio.
