Crystal Tower is an 8-story multi-family residential building in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, New York, developed on a former auto repair and storage site. The property underwent environmental remediation through the NYC Office of Environmental Remediation Voluntary Clean-up Program (VCP), including soil, groundwater, and soil vapor investigation and remediation. This work led to recognition through the 2020 New York City Brownfield Partnership Award. Designed by DeLaCour, Ferrara & Church Architects, the building includes apartments ranging from studios to one-bedroom, two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms for residents and tenants, with units connected to New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) programs across New York City.
