Park Lane Senior Apartments is a 14-story affordable senior housing development in the Soundview section of the Bronx. The 154-unit building features a contemporary masonry façade with varied brick tones and stepped architectural massing. Giaquinto Masonry contributed to the construction of the project, which provides housing for seniors aged 62 and older, including apartments reserved for formerly homeless residents, along with community spaces, outdoor amenities, and on-site support services.
