Giaquinto Masonry completed the masonry work for the 103,555-square-foot hotel, which was developed by Giaquinto Management and constructed by AGL Contracting. Situated on a three-acre site near Exit 49S of the Long Island Expressway, the property includes 143 suites, consisting of 111 studio suites, 16 one-bedroom suites, and 16 two-bedroom suites. The hotel also features meeting space, dining, an indoor pool, fitness facilities, and outdoor gathering areas designed to serve both business and leisure travelers visiting Long Island.
