Station Yards, also known as the Ronkonkoma Hub, is an ongoing mixed-use apartment and retail redevelopment project in Ronkonkoma, New York on Long Island, centered around the Ronkonkoma Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) train station in Suffolk County. Built alongside TRITEC Development Group, the 53-acre transit-oriented development includes approximately 1,450 residential units, 360,000 square feet of commercial and medical space, 195,000 square feet of retail, and 60,000 square feet of hospitality. The project creates a walkable destination for apartment living, shopping, dining, healthcare services, and retail experiences within the Ronkonkoma Hub district.
