Success Academy is a six-story educational facility in the Bronx developed to serve approximately 2,400 students from kindergarten through twelfth grade. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the 302,000-square-foot building features a striking blue-green brick exterior that creates a distinctive presence within the surrounding urban neighborhood. Giaquinto Masonry contributed to the construction of the facility’s masonry envelope, helping deliver a durable and architecturally significant school building designed to support modern educational programs. The project highlights the use of contemporary masonry construction in large-scale urban school developments throughout New York City.
