Sunset Ridge Apartments is a nine-story affordable housing development in Brooklyn’s Sunset Park neighborhood that combines senior residential living with educational space for Universal Pre-K classrooms. Developed by the Fifth Avenue Committee, the project includes 84 residential units, resident community areas, and integrated educational facilities within a single mixed-use building designed to serve both housing and community needs.

Giaquinto Masonry contributed to the construction of the project’s masonry envelope, including the distinctive two-tone brick façade that defines the building’s contemporary urban character.
