Tanger Outlets Deer Park is an 805,000-square-foot retail destination and one of the largest outlet shopping centers on Long Island. Constructed by Aurora Contractors, the LEED-certified development transformed an 84-acre site into a European-inspired open-air shopping environment featuring 17 buildings, more than 100 retail tenants, landscaped courtyards, fountains, a multiplex cinema, and year-round visitor amenities.

Giaquinto Masonry contributed to the large-scale commercial masonry construction across the multi-building retail campus. The exterior architecture incorporates brick masonry, cast stone detailing, clay tile roofing, and covered pedestrian walkways that help create a cohesive town-center aesthetic throughout the property. Completed on a former government site requiring the demolition of more than 500,000 square feet of existing structures, the project remains a landmark retail destination serving shoppers from across Long Island and the New York metropolitan area.
